Couple questions

1st regarding tank gear. My dk has mainly pvp gear atm 28k unbuffed and was wondering if craftable tank gear plus my pvp gear would be good enough to power lvl to 60?

2nd THE PET. Do you use it? Because I found that if the pet killed mobs, the characters I was trying to Powerlvl would not get xp for those kills.
Does that change later on when mobs dont die so quick and you can hit them before the pet attacks them and if the pet helps will it be reduced xp?

You cannot que for the same instance with both a level 10 and a level 80. This post is about Power Leveling, not leveling. Try some time to put a lowbie in the same group as a level 80 and see how much luck you have.

It will take you a life time to run all the way to say Wailing Caverns. It would be far easier to run to Dead Mines instead, and much quicker. Instances like Sethekk Halls are next to major "hubs" such as Shattrath. Places like that are "win" due to reduced travel time.

How long is it going to take you to get to this instance? Depending on mount access, summoning capacity, distance from major cities, flight path hubs, etc… you may want to avoid certain instances.

Dude??? the fuck are you talking about?

Would it be possible to publish some specific instances you found to be very good, for every 10 levels or so? After 60, maybe every 5th level?

First to come to my mind would be obviously Scarlet Monastery: Cathedral, due to the the amount mobs getting aggro when the boss is engaged?

And on the other end, instances such as Blackfathom Depths and Maraudon seem like terrible instances because of the run back needed?

Some of the BC instances seem to be better with the run out time, by being kind of circular like Blood Furnace, Ramparts and Underbog.
