Due to the changes of Sigil of Haunted Dreams from 15% haste to 4% crit(roughly) how would you rate it?

DW spec is down the crapper atm if you had not noticed on PTR. It has been in constant upheaval since day 1, and the dust has not settled once from any iteration of Live WoW. Any work I would have done, would be moot and useless. Frozen Conscience is, and has been, the *best* DW Sigil hands down forever as every DW build focuses on Icy Touch for the primary DPS gain. That should be obvious. After 3.1 I will be more likely to work on some DW BISI posts because it is more likely to be close to where it will remain finally by then.

I think all the work you did is great and I thank you.
But something like 30% of the community are DW Frost/Unholy and this classement help us very little. How many DK are pure 2H Frost DPS I don’t know any good one myself.
I think I should look at Unholy for DW stuff but thats not accurate.
I hope after 3.1 you will consider DW as a DPS Spec
